This assessment shows you how you operate in Public, at Home and during Change & Stress. Your one page report will display 3 graphs. If you want to understand others, it is a good idea to understand yourself first.
This assessment works best in conjunction with a coaching session. The coach will take you through the 3 graphs and coach as necessary. From years of working with people and assessments, our focus is on empowering people rather than putting them in a box.
In your one page report your will receive personalised graphs revealing how you operate:
- in Public
- at Home
- and how you go through Change or what happens under Stress
This is what the assessment looks like: You have 24 blocks like the one below. You chose one for “Most Like Me” and one for “Least Like Me”.
After you have purchased and completed this assessment please email your report to your coach. Coaching will provide additional insight and tips for dealing with change and stress as well as how the different parts of DiSC might serve you better. If you do not have a coach, reach out to Amanda or feel free to reach out to any of the coaches you find on the website. View our coaches profiles here: “Coaches“
