Live With Impact is a business in the Training and Coaching Industry that offers Assessments, Training and Coaching services to the public.

Legally Binding Agreement

All users are bound by these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be changed or updated without notice. The onus is upon you (the registered user) to check back here regularly. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of any amendments or alterations made to these terms and conditions. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

Any new features or tools which are added to the website will also be subject to these terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy

All personal data which you provide will be treated by us with the utmost security and confidentiality. No personal data will be shared with any third party without your express consent, unless we are required to do so by law or by order of the court. For the purpose of this clause, “personal data” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Live With Impact will only store and use your personal data for improving your online experience on the Live With Impact website and purposes of engaging with you through electronic means like sending you your assessment reports, purchase receipts, etc.

Why do we collect your information?

The information recorded when registering on the website, is primarily used for improving your experience on the website which includes for example, the ability to login, generating your personalised Assessment Reports or personalised Course Certificates. If you are not a client of Live With Impact, but another Company or coach, these privacy policies still apply.

We will use your email address when communicating with you. Communication is not limited to but could include sending you an email with your receipt for a purchase, a confirmation email with a link to activate your profile so you can login, or a notification email of sorts. By registering on this website, you are agreeing to this.

What information do we collect?

The following compulsory information is collected when registering is for basic login and communication purposes. Data requested:

    • Name & Surname
    • eMail address
    • Password (which is encrypted by the website and therefore completely private)

Non-compulsory information requested when registering is used primarily for your Assessment reports so that you can add them into your CV making job seeking more professional. Data requested:

    • Phone number
    • ID Number (or passport)
    • Profile photo

How long do we keep this information?

Due to the fact that this website serves clients personal growth, all your information remains until YOU ASK US TO DELETE your profile completely and your email listing. Deleting your entire profile includes all assessments and course work you might have purchased. We are fair and professional. Please come and speak with us, should you need to discuss this.

How to Get your information deleted from the website and all lists?

If you would like to delete your information completely from our system, simply go to any of the pages under “my dashboard and scroll down until you find the big red line saying “Delete Account”. Click on “Delete Account” and click “OK”. All your information and records have now been deleted. You will receive a confirmation email from the system – Please remember to check you spam folder or junk email…

Who do we share this information with?

We do not share data of any sort with anyone, whatsoever, not even your coach. We do not automate sending your assessment reports to your coach. This is why you are asked to forward your Assessment results to your coach.

How we use this information & process flow

You need to register and login in order to purchase an assessment, a course or make a booking. We use a 2-step authentication to increase data protection and to prevent bots from signing up on the website. This means that after completing the registration form, the website will send you an email with a link to click on. This ensures that it is you and only you are registering on the website.

This is the process flow of how your information is used:

    1. After Registration: Sending you an email with a link to click on confirming your registration.
    2. For a convenient login to your profile on the Website LMS (Learning Management System).
    3. After a purchase: Send a purchase receipt to you and to Live With Impact.
    4. Your purchase is then allocated to your profile and becomes visible in your private LMS “Dashboard”
    5. The compulsory and non-compulsory information is used to populate your assessment report. If you choose not to provide the non-compulsory report, those spaces of information will be left blank. The ID photo area will be an empty box.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests should be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of E-mail.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Live With Impact is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Live With Impact will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will might attract banking service fees or an administration fee. No refunds will be given if the order has been delivered due to the nature of the material; this includes the booking of appointments. You are allowed 3 opportunities to rebook your appointments and thereafter you appointment will be considered complete. Should you require another appointment, you are required to book and pay again.

Third Party Services (Sub-contracted Coaches)

The third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide for us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase transactions. We recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by them.

Links

When you click on links on our website, for example, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, other coaches links etc. may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements before accessing their sites.

Certain content, products and services available via our website may include materials from third-parties.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to their websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy. We do not guarantee, nor are we liable or responsible for any third-party materials or websites, products, or services of third-parties.

Email Policy

Why do we need your email address? Most importantly we need it to send you information regarding your registration, payments etc. Of course we’d also like to keep you up to date on our activities and events happening at Live With Impact.

Payments

We have a range of payment options available through our website to ensure a user friendly experience. Payment may be made via debit and credit cards, EFT or QR Codes; all of which use 3D secure payment. The protection of your account access details remains your responsibility and we urge you to change your passwords from time to time.

In the instance of a returned transactions or incorrect payment references provided, we reserve the right to terminate relevant arrangements or retract said offers that were made. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.

Live With Impact reserves the right, in the interests of preventing fraud, to refuse processing of payment for any transaction, partially or completely, where there are reasonable grounds to do so, with notice given to you.

Please note: With Impact will NEVER ask you to provide sensitive or confidential information via email so please do not provide such information to anyone if asked to do so.

Payment by Credit or Debit Card

Credit/debit card transactions will be acquired for Live With Impact via Mobipaid. Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards via Mobipaid who are an approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Mobipaid uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on their website or ours.

When you conduct a transaction, the transaction details are presented to the bank for authorisation of the payment amount. If authorisation is not obtained the payment is refused and the transaction is cancelled. If authorisation is obtained, payment is usually immediate. By offering to make payment by credit or debit card you specifically guarantee that you are fully authorised to use the credit or debit card for payment and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the costs of the transaction.
