This course is not a small course with a couple of online study hours. It is for those who want to specialise and become the cream of the crop.

It includes foundational skills as well as advanced coaching skills – 40 International Coaching soft skills

You learn to use more than 20 tools and assessments.

It is estimated that you will spend about 300 hrs over the next 5-10 months.

Complete 100 hours of actual live coaching with weekly help and mentoring from Amanda, leaving you experienced and confidently ready to launch a coaching business and empowered to impact the world.

Coaching

Coaching empowers people to unlock their potential. Raw talent exists in everyone, but being able to identify and use that talent fearlessly as well as embrace and stay true to self isn’t always easy on your own. Life and experiences both negative and positive could “block” or”hide” a persons ability to flourish. Good coaching unlocks and empowers people.

Mentoring

As a coach, your entire career revolves around working with different people from all walks of life. That said, having experience in “real-life” situations will greatly compliment your coaching. Mentoring imparts knowledge or advice from your own life or experiences. In my course, you learn to blend mentoring and coaching to stretch, grow and bring out the magnificence of your clients.

Teachers impart their own knowledge to their students regarding specific subjects. Blended Coaching differs; it isn’t a one-sided street, instead, a coach helps the individual to tap into their raw talent and skills that they already have and where needed coaches add training from their huge resource of tools and skills learnt in the Coaching with Impact Course and the University of Life.
